Power Pole Crashes in DeKalb

A single-vehicle accident in DeKalb County caused a power pole to fall onto the road during the evening on Saturday.

A photographer from Channel 2 Action News on site recorded power lines located in the road at Idlewild Road close to Cowan Road.

The rear of the vehicle sustained significant damage. Authorities, including police officers, fire trucks, and other emergency personnel, were present at the location.

Channel 2 Action News has contacted DeKalb Police Department for additional details about the accident, including whether there were any injuries.
