In the meantime, Michael Wolff's legal action against Melania Trump has prompted him to a fresh insight regarding where the U.S. First Lady truly resides, and it's not alongside her husband in Washington, D.C.—even though she appeared to be relocating from New York.
On the "Inside Trump's Head podcast," author Wolff shared that Melania Trump's attempts to evade service of documents resulted in a journey that ultimately led her legal team to her real home in New York.
This is the key issue in this legal case: Where does she reside? They will either have to demonstrate that they live inFlorida"or accept the reality that she resides in New York," reflects Wolff, who is currently taking legal action against Melania Trump concerning her supposed ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
The situation is that she resides in New York while he lives elsewhere," he said, adding that although she claims to have a Florida driver's license, proof of her connections to New York is found in the newly-released Melania documentary.
"The sole evidence they have presented to claim she is a Florida resident is this driver's license, and in Florida, obtaining a driver's license only requires an address, such as a second home. They clearly have a Mar-a-Lago address, and while she votes in Florida, that too only needs an address," Wolff explained.
