Tree Crashes into Cars in Irving Park, Video Captures the Moment

A tree fell down and caused damage to several cars located on the city's northwest side.

It took place in the Irving Park area close to where West Byron Street meets North Hamlin Avenue.

A video from the location captures footage of workers attempting to remove the tree from the roadway.

To date, no incidents involving harm have been documented.

There were no alerts issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday evening.

The reason for the tree falling remains unclear.
