Candiace Dillard Bassett's Husband Condemns Rob Rausch: 'He Doesn't Like Women'

The Traitors U.S. and former Real Housewives of Potomac star Candiace Dillard Bassett's The husband is stepping in to support her after she was expelled from the castle.

Bassett was booted from The Traitors castle after her fellow traitor andLove Island USA star, Rob Rausch, effectively influenced the vote during the roundtable discussions.

Bassett's husband, Chris Bassett, mentioned his wife's co-star in a post on XThursday Feb. 19.

"The way #RobRausch is supporting Eric and standing up for him while his name is being brought up.....but he approved and led the charge against Lisa and Candiace....HE HATES WOMEN!! #TheTraitorsUS," he wrote.

The X post refers to the most recent episode in which Rausch decided to safeguard a newly recruited traitor.Eric Nam after the removal of Bassett andLisa Rinna.

A follower responded to Chris' X post, stating, "Lisa's time was limited. Natalie mentioned it tonight; you need to keep the players who will support you. Let's face it, Candiace confronted Rob, but Rob didn't retaliate against Candiace. I truly believe if she hadn't mentioned his name, she would still be in the game."

Bassett's spouse remained firm in his original stance and addressed the fan, stating, "Rob was never collaborating with a woman…he has demonstrated this throughout the entire series….and he personally spearheaded the effort against Candiace."

Talking about her removal from The Traitors, Bassett saidEntertainment Weekly,That Black people "are expressive and bring a vibrant personality to the room. And when you're in a game where everyone's senses are on high alert, I think it's easier to focus on the glitter in the room, the star in the room, and start questioning those individuals."

She said, "It was intriguing to observe those prejudices and to serve as a reminder for all of us, and hopefully for the audience, that this is something we should all be aware of and strive to counter."
