The nostalgic post came just a few weeks after Nathan revealed he was stepping away from all social media for six months. The native of Ireland didn't provide an explanation for his choice, but he assured followers he would come back on June 19 "with a lot of material."

And that's when he said, 'I don't think I can do this right now.' He was someone I cared about. And, yeah, you know, it hurt. Like... It really hurt.

The couple reawakened their relationship at the end ofBelow Deck Mediterranean Season 10 welcomed Kayden just under a year later.
