Jeep Revives Retro Style with New Whitecap Package

Jeep has revealed the GladiatorWhitecap, a new addition available for the Sahara, Rubicon, Rubicon X, Mojave, and Mojave X trims.
The Whitecap features white details on the roof, grille, and hood, as well as a strip running along the side.
The package increases the price of a Gladiator by $495 and will be released this spring.

The lineup of special-edition Jeeps keeps going. Following the release of the retro-themedWrangler WhitecapIn December, Jeep is extending the same visual design to the Wrangler's pickup truck counterpart, the Gladiator. The 2026 Gladiator Whitecap features a retro style and is available across many trim levels.

The Gladiator Whitecap's appearance is nearly the same as the Wrangler Whitecap. Jeep states that the design was influenced by its earliest manufactured vehicles, and the Whitecap model features a Bright White roof along with a Bright White side stripe decal on the front doors that reads "1941," paying tribute to the first year of production for the original Willys MB.

A brighter white paint finish is applied to the outer edge of the seven-slot grille, while the Rubicon, Rubicon X, Mojave, and Mojave X trims feature a white decal on the hood that highlights the trim's name. Apart from this, the Whitecap package includes all the same features as other Gladiators, such as a towing capacity of up to 7700 pounds, a maximum cargo capacity of 1720 pounds, and the capability to remove the roof and doors. Like every Gladiator, the Whitecap models are equipped with a 285-horsepower 3.6-liter V-6 engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive.

The Whitecap package can be found on the Gladiator Sahara, Rubicon, Rubicon X, Mojave, and Mojave X. This package increases the cost by only $495 and will become available at dealerships in the spring. The Sahara Whitecap model will begin at $50,680, whereas the Rubicon X and Mojave X, which are the highest trims of the Gladiator, will be priced at $63,775 with the package included.
