Georgia Contractors Optimistic After Tariff Ruling

Certain Georgia-based contractors are hopeful regarding the effect of Friday's decision on import duties.

Bill Anderson, the president and CEO of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia, mentioned that it might reduce costs for items such as HVAC and electrical systems, along with lighting fixtures.

"They simply want to witness stability so they can undertake major projects, knowing the costs will remain consistent without significant price variations," Anderson stated.
