Bebe & CeCe Winans to Host 2025 Stellar Gospel Awards

BeBe Winans and CeCe Winans will serve as hosts for the 40th Stellar Gospel Music Awards, taking place on Saturday (August 16) at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville. CeCe is among the leading contenders for awards this year, having received eight nominations, placing her slightly below... Pastor Mike Jr. and Jason Nelson who were each nominated nine times.
The legendary sibling duo they are pioneers in gospel and motivational music, recognized for their smooth combination of modern gospel, R&B, and soul. Originating from the famous Winans Family, BeBe and CeCe gained widespread recognition in the 1980s through their innovative eponymous first album.

Their Grammy accolades include: Different Lifestyles which received recognition as the top modern soul gospel album in 1992; Still which received recognition as the top modern R&B gospel album in 2011; and the song "Grace," which took home the award for best gospel performance in 2011.
Performing at the 40th event so far are Adia, Donnie McClurkin, Dottie Peoples, Jekalyn Carr, Jason Nelson, Lisa Page Brooks, MAJOR., Melvin Crispell III, Pastor Mike Jr., Pastor Mike Todd, and Transformation Worship, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Tasha Page-Lockhart, Tramaine Hawkins, and William Murphy.
The 40th Stellar Gospel Music Awards ceremony is overseen by Don Jackson as executive producer, with Jennifer J. Jackson acting as producer and head of production; Michael A. Johnson handling both producing and directing duties, Erin Johnson managing talent coordination, and Daniel Moore leading the musical direction. Furthermore, the STELLAR PLUS program makes a return featuring two days of engaging industry and fan-oriented activities starting on Thursday, August 14, and concluding on Friday, August 15, before the 40th Stellar Gospel Music Awards. Dorinda Clark-Cole and Vincent Bohanan will co-host the Stellar Nominee Pre-Show Dinner and Awards at the National Museum of African American Music in Nashville on Friday, August 15. This special, invite-only gathering is available exclusively for all 2025 Stellar Award nominees.
