Who is Stephen Wilson Jr.?

Stephen Wilson Jr. is a country-rock musician and composer who was born in Indiana.

A former finalist in the Indiana State Golden Gloves boxing championship played guitar in an independent rock band and served as a scientist in a laboratory before leaving that path to pursue a songwriting contract in 2016.

He has since secured roles inCaitlyn Smith, Old Dominion, Tim McGraw, Sixpence None the Richer and Leigh Nash, whom he is married to.

Wilson Jr. used that opportunity to launch his first single as an artist. "Made for This" was a collaboration with Nash in 2021.

He has released two EPs, and Wilson Jr. unveiled his first album,Son of Dad, in 2025, influenced by the passing of his father.
