RHOA Season 17 Cast Revealed: Who's Back and Who's Gone

The cast for RHOASeason 17 is beginning to come together, andThe Real Housewives of Atlantais clearly moving toward another reset.

According to Just Jared,Multiple recognizable names are included, some are excluded, and there is a combination of seasoned players and possible new recruits on the horizon.

On the way back, Porsha Williams is returning as a full-time homemaker, maintaining her ongoing relationship with the show following several departures and comebacks.

Phaedra Parks is scheduled to come back full-time following her return to the show in Season 16. Drew Sidora will continue as a regular cast member,next to Shamea Morton, who remains a full-time homemaker following her recent advancement.

Angela Oakley and Kelli Ferrell are also anticipated to return.although Ferrell's role might alternate between full-time and "friend of."

Cynthia Bailey is making another appearance in a "friend of" role. When discussing the filming, she alluded to continuing conflicts, stating, "I got a little bit of smoke… and had to give a little bit of smoke back."

She also mentioned that even in a smaller capacity, she's "not out of reach," and explained that being part of the group means "you're close enough to pick up on a few stray comments."

Some names are still being finalized. Kim Zolciak is said to be in discussions to come back as a friend, while Pinky Cole Hayes, Eudoxie Bridges, Tammy Rivera, and K. Michelle are all speculated to be in the running for the next season.

Notably, both Tammy Rivera and K. Michelle are connected toLove & Hip Hop: Atlanta, consistent with previous suggestions that a crossover star might be added to the cast.

As for who is not returning, Kenya Moore has stated she will not be part of Season 17.She had informed her followers during a live stream that her status was "currently, no," after she left Season 16 early.

Her leaving follows an on-set event with Brit Eady, resulting in her suspension and the elimination of most of her recorded scenes.

Moore later made a public apology, assuming "full responsibility" and speaking to the cast, crew, and audience.

Brit Eady is also not making a return following a lawsuit filed against Bravo related to the same dispute.

Sheree Whitfield has confirmed she will not be returning, and despite rumors,NeNe Leakes will not be making a return following the unsuccessful negotiations.
