Man Charged for Driving Through Water Park Construction Site Without Authorization
ATOKA, Tennessee (WMC) - The Atoka Police Department has located and taken into custody the individual suspected of damaging a working construction area at the Walker Park Splash Pad.

Herbert Walton, 48, faces charges including felony damage, interfering with construction barriers, serious criminal trespassing, using a vehicle without permission, not reporting an accident, and breaking financial responsibility laws.
Walton's arrest on Friday followed police actionsreleased picturesa white Buick owned by a driver who allegedly caused major damage to the water park's construction site around 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Walton is charged with "intentionally" circumventing and damaging the road blockades, resulting in his vehicle becoming trapped.
Police state that Walton subsequently illegally used a skid steer machine at the location to free his vehicle before leaving, resulting in further damage to the grass rolls and the asphalt in the parking area.
