President Donald Trump seemed to fall asleep during a live White House event titled "Making Health Technology Great Again."

On Wednesday (July 30), Trump delivered a speech lasting approximately 10 minutes at the gathering before taking a seat to hear additional speakers, including the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Trump appeared drowsy following his time in Scotland over the weekend, during which he met with multiple European officials and played golf at his estate.
