Hulk Hogan & Ozzy Osbourne Collide in a Forgotten Flick

Hulk Hogan and Ozzy Osbourne seem surprisingly comparable from a cultural standpoint, and it's not just because they both died within the a period of a few days duration of a couple of days length of a few days time frame spanning a couple of days window of a few days period lasting a couple of days range of a few days timespan covering a couple of days stretch of a few days coverage over a couple of days They might have been even closer if Hulk Hogan hadn't lied when he said he auditioned to play bass for Metallica (it appears that, in his later years, he) amended the story to mention that he attempted to try out for Metallica but never received a response).
Both Hulk and Ozzy, along with numerous troubling actions, were unusual figures in popular culture. Because of this, their film careers are filled with roles where they appear as themselves, or very close to it. Once Hogan's acting career declined (justifiably), he was still sought after because he was Hulk Hogan, and having Hulk Hogan in a television show or movie was considered amusing.
You could reference their corresponding family-focused television programs, "The Osbournes" and "Hogan Knows Best," as examples of this trend. "Hogan Knows Best" wouldn’t have come into existence without the popularity of "The Osbournes," which became a major pop culture event on MTV. In comparison, "Hogan Knows Best" served as the VH1 equivalent of this type of programming. These shows thrived as unusual entertainment for casual viewers. Watching Ozzy and Hogan going about their daily routines seemed strange, much like spotting your teacher at the supermarket during elementary school—but magnified a thousandfold.
These programs were around because audiences enjoyed watching Hogan and Ozzy. Additionally, they and their families sought financial gain, recognition, and career advancement. Both Kelly Osbourne and Brooke Hogan pursued music careers that were heavily influenced by favoritism, which turned out to be completely unwarranted.
Ozzy and Hulk would appear in any arbitrary absurdity, prompting the response that such randomness was intended by those behind the scenes. Hogan might be seen in "Muppets in Space" or "American Dad," or he could lend his voice to a character in an Adult Swim program simply because "Hulk Hogan voicing a character" seems like the basic concept for an Adult Swim episode. Ozzy might turn up in "The King of Queens" or "Goldmember," among others. This sparked my own interest: had the Hulkster and The Prince of Darkness ever been featured together in a piece of mainstream media? As it happens, the answer is yes—and the answer is...
Correct, both Ozzy Osbourne and Hulk Hogan provided their vocal talents for the 2011 film "Gnomeo & Juliet." As an aside, Dolly Parton was also involved. For some reason, these high-demand stars managed to find time to contribute their voices to this adaptation of "Romeo & Juliet."
Osbourne lent his voice to Fawn, a deer sculpture. Hogan supplied the voice for the narrator in an advertisement for a product named Terrafirminator. Significantly, Ozzy came back to voice Fawn in the 2018 follow-up film "Sherlock Gnomes." Hogan did not come back. Perhaps it was because he wasn't required anymore. Or maybe something changed in the meantime. some stuff happened . It's not as though Ozzy had an impeccable reputation to begin with, honestly.
Hogan and Osbourne were famous figures who, to many people—including those making casting choices—were seen primarily as punchlines. However, it was the late filmmaker Kelly Asbury who recognized their potential enough to put them together in one film. The movie centered around talking garden gnomes featuring a character called Mankini Gnome.
