Star quarterback Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs and music star Taylor Swift aren’t afraid to show affection in public, yet they rarely discuss specifics of their romantic life. Nevertheless, Kelce shared some insights into his relationship with his partner during a recent episode of a podcast.

Last week, Travis Kelce became part of the Bussin’ With The Boys a podcast appearance where he discussed the next NFL season with hosts Will Compton and Taylor Lewan.

Although much of the discussion centered around soccer or topics related to the sport, Kelce briefly mentioned his connection with Taylor Swift, offering his latest remarks on their romantic situation in several months.

Kelce directly commented on their recent media outings, emphasizing that the duo is simply "having fun" and "appreciating life" together, which occasionally leads to public displays.

It comes up sometimes, like we're seeking attention," Kelce mentioned on the podcast last month. "But really, we're just living life and having fun at hockey games. It's about showing her more of the sports world.

"We're enjoying ourselves, buddy, being a couple," Kelce said.

Kelce is getting ready for what might be his last year in the NFL. Following a tough season as an experienced tight end, he temporarily thought about retiring but ultimately chose to come back this year, confident that he can play at a higher level than he did last season.

I still believe I can perform at a top tier and maybe even better than I did last season," Kelce stated. "I don't think it was my finest performance, you know? I felt like I didn't support my teammates as much as I should have, particularly when considering my history and how I've played over the years. You see, I really want to try hard again. There's something unpleasant about how I finished the year, despite being in great form and knowing I had responsibility towards those around me.
