Rude Co-Worker Litters Desk, Then Blames Her for Cleaning—Despite Her Celiac Diagnosis

Working alongside colleagues can present challenges due to varying routines, yet sharing a workstation proves to be more problematic.
In this lady's situation, her colleague completely ignored her gluten intolerance and ordered her to tidy their desk and refrigerator, despite the fact that she had scattered bread crumbs all over.
She said no, her colleague took action against her, and now she's questioning whether she was in the wrong.
Check the story and observe what happened.
Am I the asshole for letting my co-worker know I won't be cleaning our shared desk?
I've begun a new position working alongside my father as a medical front desk assistant at one of his clinics.
It's very understated, and I'm only working (due to my chronic pain) to assist him on days when he isn't able to be here because he really needs someone to handle calls and administrative tasks on those days.
The female employee who has been with the company for ten years takes her responsibilities extremely seriously, which is admirable, though sometimes quite demanding for me.
She lacks regard for her own area. She doesn't value her personal territory. She shows no consideration for her surroundings. Her space isn't important to her. She disregards her own boundaries. She has no appreciation for where she is. She fails to honor her designated place. Her environment holds little significance to her. She ignores the importance of her domain. She does not hold her space in high esteem.
I suffer from Celiac disease, so even one crumb of gluten can really mess me up, haha. I end up being extremely ill for weeks and have ended up in the hospital before.
I'm also experiencing anaphylaxis due to wheat; I develop hives and facial rashes, among other symptoms, and carry an EpiPen as a precaution.
Regardless, I came in today and it seemed as though she had devoured a crumbling baguette everywhere—on the desk, the keyboard, and so forth.
Certainly, she was very concerned.
I hadn't realized it had spread everywhere on my hands and mouse... I wiped it off hastily using damp toilet paper since I didn't have anything else available.
I'm genuinely frightened and sad.
However, her colleague appeared indifferent.
She sent me a message telling me to empty the mini refrigerator, which was filled with her sandwiches, and I replied:
No, I'm sorry, but I won't be cleaning them because I don't wish to handle them owing to my allergy.
She mentioned that I must do it because it's part of my responsibilities, and the trash cans will be collected tomorrow.
I said, "Sorry, I'm not going to do that," and if she brings food in and leaves it there, then it's her responsibility to clean up afterward.
That makes sense, but her colleague dared to intensify the situation.
She told me she would send this to Mark (a fake father's name, haha) and I responded by saying:
Alright, if I'm responsible for cleaning the fridge, then it's your responsibility to tidy up after yourself instead of leaving more than 50 large crumbles across the common appliances. Also, try showing some understanding.
If this were a peanut allergy, I believe I would be treated with more seriousness, but for some unknown reason, people don't see celiac disease as a genuine condition.
AITA?
It seems like her colleague might be aiming for termination.

Important questions.
Exactly.
It's not related to the allergy at all.
Whether she has an allergy or not, her colleague is behaving erratically.
