Porsche Raises Prices Again: Base 911 Carrera Hits $134,650

It's becoming more challenging to save up for your ideal Porsche 911. The German car manufacturer has announced that Road & Track on Monday that it has announced yet another increase in prices for its products.
This marks the second rise in cost over the past four months. The The previous rise was caused by modifications for the 2026 model year. Nevertheless, this time the rise is attributed to "market circumstances." Porsche did not specify whether tariffs were particularly responsible for this price increase.
"Keeping our customers at the forefront, we consistently monitor market trends, absorb expenses wherever possible, and make changes only when completely essential," stated Porsche representative Frank Wiesmann. R&T. A revision ranging from 2.3 to 3.6 percent has been identified as necessary. This is a standard procedure that is being shared with our retailers and those impacted customers.
Current pricing has been updated and is visible within the Porsche car configuration tool. Along with higher vehicle costs, certain additional features have also seen price increases.
"Like the MSRP itself, changing market circumstances sometimes require small changes to the price of specific options," said Wiesmann when questioned about the modifications to the option pricing.
The 911 series experienced the biggest rise of 3.6 percent in pricing. Additional vehicles within the Porsche range also went up, though by a lower rate, with every one seeing an increase of at least 2.3 percent. As a consequence, the starting price for a basic 911 Carrera is now $134,650, which includes the delivery, processing, and handling (DPH) charge. This represents an increase of $4,700. Meanwhile, the 911 GT3/GT3 Touring version now costs $234,550, incorporating DPH as well as the fuel-inefficient vehicle surcharge. This marks an additional cost of $9,800.
