Drawing from the connection between history and legend, the performance extends the play "Ogmios"
"Defeats Gargantuan at Golgotha," where storytelling and melody spread throughout the Mediterranean, weaving incredible legends about the god Ogmios.
In this fresh work, Ogmios undergoes an exorcism, where movement and lighting contribute to the story, offering a novel layer to the presentation. The show merges music, dance, and grand opera into something distinctly original. Viewers will encounter aspects of rock, modern classical, and electronic sounds intertwined with complex rhythms and ambient vocal expressions.
Andys Skordis and Panagiotis Minas craft an auditory environment using drums, guitar, voice, and electronic elements, accompanied by performers dancing Melissa Konstantinidis Garo and Ioli Kaskani convey the intensity of the show onto the stage, breaking down barriers with the spectators.
