Busy No More: Tame Impala Drops Hints About New Music on Social Media

The lead singer of Tame Impala, Kevin Parker, has hinted at major developments soon, suggesting he may be working on a new album through his most recent post on social media.
Posting on Instagram on Saturday (July 13), Parker shared a series of images which documented his final months. Accompanied by the caption "Been busy," the series featured images of Parker with loved ones, as well as backstage moments from the promotion of his Orchid "music inspiration hub," along with photos of him amidst musical tools inside and outside the recording space.
The final picture, nevertheless, revealed a whiteboard that appears to have been utilized for monitoring the development of the upcoming Tame Impala record. Significantly, every song featured in the image is marked as "Completed."
The photo update arrives just a few weeks following Parker previewed New Tame Impala music performed during an unexpected DJ set at Barcelona's Nitsa Club. "Are you all interested in hearing a new track?" he questioned the audience. "Do you want to listen to a brand-new Tame Impala song?" he continued. In 2024, Parker will act as a producer and contribute as a guest artist for Dua Lipa’s project.
