Many people complain their constant sneezing hasn't ceased as hay fever season has kicked off with the sudden arrival of early spring sunlight following weeks of gloomy conditions. And now, specialists are cautioning those who experience this condition might need to wait some time for an opening as pollen levels are expected to soar drastically.

Max Wiseberg, who heads up a company producing products for hay fever, cautioned: "This year's hay fever season began earlier than usual. The combination of warm and dry weather has led to an increase in pollen levels, which are steadily climbing towards their peak and causing issues prematurely. Typically, we wouldn't expect such widespread problems so early in the year; moreover, the Met Office's pollen forecasts haven't kicked off just yet."

"If conditions were moist, pollen levels wouldn’t increase until afterward. Trees are already causing significant issues with their pollen, and this problem will intensify towards its peak in April. Certain individuals may experience these symptoms all the way from January to October." Experts suggest that rising global temperatures might lead to hay fever seasons beginning as early as January in coming years.

Wiseburg went on: "With climate change, pollen counts will impact individuals as soon as January in the coming years, and the season will conclude at a later date."
